Clinical Wellness
Getting Started & Eligibility
Are your compounds research chemicals?
No. Prescription only. Every treatment is prescribed by a licensed partner physician and prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies. No research chemicals. No gray-market compounds.
What is clinical wellness at Cevii?
Clinical wellness is Cevii's physician-guided area, kept separate from our cosmetic skincare. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
How do I get started?
Choose the clinical wellness area you'd like to learn about and follow the steps on that page. A licensed provider reviews your information before anything is prescribed. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
Who is eligible?
Eligibility is decided by a licensed provider after reviewing your health information. Not everyone will be a fit for every option, and that decision is always medical.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
Is clinical wellness the same as your skincare?
No. Skincare (external wellness) products are cosmetics and are not medicines. Clinical wellness options require a provider evaluation and a prescription.
Who do I contact with a question before I start?
Email contact@ceviilabs.com and our Care team will point you in the right direction.
The Physician Evaluation
Who reviews my information?
Our care team is made up of licensed physicians who review every visit. Your provider is a licensed medical professional working through Cevii's platform.
Will I speak with a real doctor?
Yes. You'll speak with a real doctor, not a chatbot. Every consultation is handled by a board-certified provider.
What information will the provider ask for?
Expect questions about your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals. Answer completely and honestly so your provider can make a safe decision.
Can the provider decline a request?
Yes. Your provider may decide an option isn't appropriate for you, or may ask for more information or lab work first. That decision is always medical.
Can I ask the provider questions?
Yes. Your evaluation is the right place to ask about options, risks, and whether something fits your health history.
Weight Management
What is the GLP-1 medication class?
GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of prescription medications. General information is available from your provider; whether any medication is appropriate for you is a medical decision. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
Can anyone get a GLP-1 medication?
No. A licensed provider evaluates your health history to decide whether this class of medication is appropriate. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
Can you tell me what dose I should take?
No. We don't provide dosing information. Any prescription, including how to take it, comes only from your provider.
What results should I expect?
Everyone is different, and we don't make outcome promises. Your provider can discuss what is realistic and appropriate for you.
Hormones
What does hormone support involve?
Hormone-related options start with a provider evaluation and often lab work. Your provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
Do I need labs first?
Often, yes. Your provider decides which labs, if any, are needed before making a recommendation.
Are topical forms the same as injections?
No. Different forms are different products, and they are not interchangeable. Your provider will explain the differences that matter for you.
Peptides & Recovery
What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Some are available only by prescription. Your provider can explain whether any option is appropriate for you. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
Are peptide products available without a prescription?
Clinical wellness peptide options require a provider evaluation. Prescription required. Provider evaluation through our partner physician.
How do I know if a peptide option fits me?
Only your provider can decide that after reviewing your health history and goals.
Longevity & Wellness
What does longevity and wellness mean at Cevii?
It's an educational area focused on understanding your health with your provider, often starting with labs. We don't make anti-aging or outcome claims.
Is this a replacement for my regular doctor?
No. Clinical wellness is not a replacement for your primary care or emergency care. Keep your regular doctor informed.
Lab Panels
What does a lab panel measure?
Each panel's page lists what it looks at. Your provider can explain what the markers mean for you.
How does a sample collection work?
Collection instructions for your panel are provided with your order. If anything is unclear, email contact@ceviilabs.com before your collection.
Do I need to fast?
Follow the instructions for your specific panel. If you're unsure, ask before your collection.
How do I get my results?
Results are shared with you once they're available. Your provider can help you understand them; we don't interpret results on this page.
Do lab results diagnose a condition?
Lab results are one piece of information. Any diagnosis or medical decision comes from a licensed provider.
Prescriptions, Pharmacy & Delivery
Who fills my prescription?
If your provider prescribes something, it's filled by a licensed pharmacy. You'll receive details with your order.
How will I know my prescription has shipped?
You'll receive an email update. Questions: contact@ceviilabs.com.
How should I store my medication?
Follow the storage instructions on your medication label and from your pharmacy.
Can I get a refill?
Refills are a medical decision made by your provider. Contact us and we'll connect you with your care team.
Safety, Side Effects & Medical Questions
What if I have side effects?
Contact your partner physician. If symptoms are severe or feel like an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Can I take this with my other medications?
Share every medication and supplement with your provider. Only your provider can advise on interactions.
Is this safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Tell your provider if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Your provider will decide what is appropriate.
Can Care answer medical questions?
Our Care team can't give medical advice. Medical questions go to your partner physician.

External wellness is Cevii's cosmetic skincare for cleanse, tone, treat, and moisturize, designed to help skin feel soft and hydrated and look fresh. Products are Designed by Cevii.
Do your skincare products treat skin conditions?
No. Our skincare products are cosmetics. They help skin look and feel its best and do not treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
Who is Cevii skincare for?
Adults looking for everyday cosmetic skincare. Check the full ingredient list (INCI) on each product page if you have sensitivities.
When will I notice a difference?
Responses vary. Many people notice skin feeling more hydrated and comfortable early on; consistent daily use matters for the look of smoother skin. We don't promise timelines.

What is the Niacinamide Gel Moisturizer?
A lightweight gel moisturizer with 5% niacinamide (vitamin B3) that helps skin feel moisturized and helps improve the look of uneven tone. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.

Skincare Bundles
What is a skincare bundle?
A skincare bundle groups several Cevii external wellness products that are designed to be used together in a routine. Each product is a cosmetic and keeps its own directions on its product page.
Which products are in a bundle?
Each bundle's page lists exactly what's included. Check the bundle page for the current contents.
How do I use the products in a bundle?
Follow the order on each product page: cleanse, tone, treat, then moisturize. When using actives during the day, finish with sunscreen.

Can I return a bundle?
Bundles follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Opened or used skincare generally cannot be returned unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Do bundles change how products work?
No. Bundled products are the same cosmetic products sold individually, and we don't make different claims for them.
Clinical Treatments
